Maisonet Nicky is a two levelled house (80 square metres) ,with a large balcony with sea view,little garden and private parking place,with 2 spacious bedrooms which can sleep 4 persons ( plus 1 extra if needed )

1 bedroom with two single beds (90 X 200) - in the semi basement
fully air-conditioned
bathrooms : 2 bathrooms , each one with shower and wc
(1 bathroom on each floor )
kitchen : fully equipped : kitchen tools ,fridge ,freezer ,coffee maker ,cooker ,oven ,etc.
living room : open-plan kitchen with sitting area

Maisonet Aphrodite is also a 2 levelled house (80 square meters ) ,with a large balcony with sea view , a little private garden , private parking place ,a fire place , a cosy sitting / dining room , a fully equipped kitchen and also two bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 persons.
bedrooms : 1 bedroom with one double bed (160 x 200 )

( both bedrooms are in the semi basement )

GENERAL INFORMATION
- use of water and electricity are included in the rent
- use of wood, in the winter, for the maisonet Aphrodite (with fire place ) is also included in the rent

- extra bed-linen : single : 5 €
double : 10 €
- final cleaning fee : 50 € ( in case you want us to take care of it )
- deposit fee : 100 € ( which will be fully refunded after checking on departure )
- pets are welcome
- smoking allowed
- facilities provided :- iron / ironing board : free of charge
- internet service : internet on the go ( use of usb-stick ) : 15 € / hour
internet on the go + use of notebook (HP mini) : 30 € / hour
( plus 100 € refundable deposit fee )
